also are you getting a 404 on just the root? Drupal 8 The Requested Page Could Not Be Found. The good news, of course, is that it's working as intended. I hope it helps. The view is called admin_content_node (Content). check over here Moral of the story, stay away from IIS when running Drupal... Note: you have to do the #8 changes to the view admin_content_comment and possibly similar changes to admin_user_user too.
