Error Could Not Open Required Directshow Codec Drvc.so

It comments about "/usr/lib/codecs/drvc.so" but seems to only try "/usr/lib/RealPlayer10/codecs/drvc.so". Read the RealVideo section of the DOCS! I try transcode \ it with mencoder, and it give me the following error messages:
