There is another solution- download Bullzip PDF Printer. Everything I've read on Adobe's site claims the issue is fixed with Adobe Reader XI, so I upgraded to that version and still get the errors... After I did this Adobe Reader XI printed with the Enable Protected Mode at startup re-enabled. This error could also be caused by damaged Acrobat preferences or outdated/corrupt printer drivers.
