I think the two issues are connectedI have tried to print docs that have previuosly been printed, the same problem i.e.:" Document could not be printed". Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions 32. Right-click the printer you are trying to print.---Check if you come across an option to "Set Printer Online", if yes, then the printer is offline and so select the option "Set If you don't care for it, you can also just use Foxit or PDFXchange.
