Defrag Not Working Windows 7

The DOS part didn't work for me and I don't have an "Inf" folder under Windows (I hope this is okay, anyone, please let me know if it isn't!) I searched Your page file solution worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! re-booted pc, diskeeper boot time defrag started then stopped saying chkdsk is set to run on this drive, cannot defrag a dirty volume. Worked perfectly!!
